How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1-2 business days. Delivery times:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days ($12.95 flat rate)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days (orders over $50)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location. International customers may need to pay customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns for unused items in original packaging. Contact [email protected] to start the process. Note: Custom/special order items may be non-returnable.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We pack all items with fighter-level care, but if damage occurs, email us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

For competition gear, order at least 4-6 weeks before fight night to account for shipping and break-in time (especially important for gloves and shoes). Our Standard Shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders.

For premium performance: 1) Light bag work for 2-3 sessions 2) Apply light pressure to flex the padding 3) Store with hand wraps inside to maintain shape. Avoid artificial heating methods.
