We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your training schedule:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

- Condition: Items must be new, unused, with original packaging and tags attached
- Process Time: 2 business days for approval + 3 business days for inspection

Exchange Policy
For size or product exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Groin Protectors
- Mouthguards (if included in Body Protectors or Competition Sets)
- Used Hand Wraps

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
