4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We may adjust prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

4.4 Sales Restrictions

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

5.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.3 International Orders

You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:

• In new, unused condition
• In original packaging with tags attached

6.2 Return Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6.4 Exchanges

For size or product exchanges, follow the return process and specify “exchange” in your request. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return.

6.5 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Groin Protectors
• Mouthguards (if included in Body Protectors or Competition Sets)
• Used Hand Wraps
• Customized Equipment (personalized boxing robes or trunks)

6.6 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Power Punch’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We’re not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Product misuse or modification
• Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)
