Designed to mount perfectly to all 2″ x 6″ and 2″ x 12″ wood ceiling joists with three industrial lag bolts that are included.  Manufactured from 1/8” industrial steel for years and years of professional training results.  Includes a professionally welded eye bolt to securely attach virtually all heavy bags.  Built for professional gym use, but also ideal for home mounting and training.  Holds heavy bags up to 200 lbs.
