Features a durable, leather head target with accordion style resistance bands that easily attached to any support beam, in between poles on a heavy bag, hanging rack, or any mounted hang points. Unlike a traditional double end bag, the horizontal hanging-style allows you to slip under the bag for additional defensive moves and give you clean striking surfaces on the top and bottom of the bag.
